   • You will then be prompted to create an account or sign in.

2. Verify Your Email:

   • After submitting the registration form, check your email for a verification link.

   • Click on the link to verify your email address and activate your account.

3. Log In:

   • Return to the website and click on the "Log In" button.

   • Enter your email address and password to access your account.

4. Access Documents:

   • Once logged in, navigate to the section labeled "Resident Documents" found in the main menu or under your account settings.

   • Here you will find the following documents available for download or viewing:

     • Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation

     • SBV Rules & Regulations

     • SBV By-Laws

     • Purchase of Lease Application

     • Declaration of Condominium

5. Download or View Documents:

   • Click on the document title you wish to access.

   • Choose to either view the document online or download it to your device for offline access.
